Meet Our Founder

Deepshikha S Mehra

Transformative & Empowerment Life Coach with expertise in parenting, career counseling, relationships, and intimacy.

She uses personalized techniques like Inner Child Healing, Self Hypnosis, Dermatoglyphics, and Anger Management to transform human dynamics.

Innately a healer and certified Reiki Practitioner since 1995, her passion for learning and holistic healing led her to explore Feng Shui, astrology, palmistry, and numerology.

She has a Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling (PGDIC), certifications in various modalities in mental health wellness, and is a certified Life Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation.

Praanaa, founded by her, creates safe spaces for individuals to heal and reconnect with their authentic selves.

What a unique way of Meditating
